Eliza Jermyn
Eliza Jermyn is pursuing a Master's in Italian. She is originally from York, Pennsylvania, though she now considers Pittsburgh to be her home. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Italian Language & Literature and Anthropology from the University of Pittsburgh. Her academic interests are in translation studies. Eliza teaches Italian 101 and 102 with the French and Italian Department. Her translation of an apocalyptic short story, Dove muore l'astragalo, written by Livio Horrakh was published in 2020 by La Fusta, a journal of Italian literature at Rutgers University.
