Leopold Mvuezolo is a Ph.D. student in French, with a certificate in Film & Media Studies. He completed an M.A. in French at the University of Toronto before coming to Pittsburgh. His areas of interest include Francophone Literature of Sub-Saharan Africa and the Caribbean, Postcolonial Theories, Francophone African Cinema, including the interdisciplinary relationship between literature, film, media, and law.
